I want to try a sew-in weave so it can grow a lil but i dont want my hair 2 fall out any info or help?

My hair is fairly long and thick and i want to try a sew-in weave but i dont want my hair 2 fall out any info cuz i heard sum say it may take out my hair i jus want to be safe i researched a lot of info but im still a lil shakyI want to try a sew-in weave so it can grow a lil but i dont want my hair 2 fall out any info or help?
My hair has never come out from a weave. What happens is that since your hair is braided under the sew in weave, it cannot naturally fall when it sheds. Shedding is totally normal. So when some women take down the braids and see all that hair, they think their hair was taken out by the weave. NO, that is just the accumulated shedding. Weaves are GREAT for protecting your hair, just be careful of the way it is blended with your natural hair, that is wear there may be some breakage just at the ends. Don't be shaky. I say dont do it! You scalp will itch like crazy!
